Memory Tips

There are a number of things that you can do to help with a concentration based on neuroscience intelligence. Studies have revealed that taking notes helps the motor system. Keeping track of information by writing it down, helps the brain keep track, even if what is written is never read again.

There is a term called Memory Palace, where people use images or some other technique to help them remember. The key is to use what helps you remember much easier; images are one of the best ways to develop memory.

Some people use songs to help with learning, this practice is based on tune and repetition. Walking and enjoying nature are other ways to help boost memory, it is important to keep the brain active and getting plenty of oxygen.
